The mean postoperative logMAR was significantly different between the IS/OS(+)/ELM(+) group and the IS/OS(e)/ELM(e) group (p < 0.001) as well as between the IS/OS(−)/ELM(+) group and the IS/OS(−)/ELM(−) group (p = 0.021). There was no statistical significance between the IS/OS(+)/ELM(+) group and the IS/OS(−)/ELM(+) group (p = 0.148).
